About The Position

Cisco ThousandEyes is a Digital Experience Assurance platform that empowers organizations to deliver flawless digital experiences across every network, even the ones they don't own. By leveraging unique internet and enterprise network telemetry data, ThousandEyes enables IT teams to proactively detect, diagnose, and remediate issues before they impact end-user experiences. ThousandEyes is deeply integrated across the entire Cisco technology portfolio and beyond, helping customers deploy at scale while also delivering AI-powered assurance insights within Cisco's leading Networking, Security, Collaboration, and Observability portfolios. Digital experiences rely on a vast ecosystem of internal infrastructure, ISPs, cloud providers, SaaS applications, and many other external services that are critically dependent on the Internet. Our customers are reliant on an exponentially increasing set of tools to improve their digital posture and solve problems in real time. But with so many tools, the problem-solving process is confusing and inconsistent. While the business is losing money and productivity with system downtime, teams are spending critical man-hours solving a problem while looking across a huge set of tools. At Cisco Networking and ThousandEyes, we have a unique advantage. By tapping into the broad ecosystem and the totality of networking data at our fingertips, we can provide our customers with the appropriate context to solve their problems and drastically reduce their mean time to resolution. We can greatly expand Cisco’s revenue by meaningfully differentiating our customers’ digital experience when purchasing Cisco hardware. Cisco Networking and ThousandEyes is seeking a dynamic Director of Product to help us evolve our AI/ML strategy and vision for the future. As a leader in Cisco’s biggest business unit ($34B+), you will work to build an AI/ML platform and feature set that leverages our unique and comprehensive data set in both the owned and unowned network. You’ll lead a talented team of product managers while working closely with the rest of the Cisco Networking product team and the broader assurance, collaboration, and security teams to drive better customer outcomes. As Director of Product, you’ll take ownership of the overall Cisco Networking AI/ML strategy and roadmap, build native AI/ML functionality into the set of Networking products, shape our data platform strategy, and work to make our customers' lives easier. You will interface with cross-functional teams to solve existing challenges in new, innovative ways, and contribute to building the product teams responsible for driving our next phase of growth.
