About The Position

As Director of Procurement at Modigent, you will lead strategic sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain functions across the company’s operating companies and corporate functions. You will develop and execute procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, availability, and risk for project-related materials and equipment—including HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical commodities—and corporate or indirect spend such as software, technology, and professional services. This corporate leadership role works closely with operations, project management, service, fleet, finance, IT, and operating-company leadership to support profitable project delivery, service excellence, and scalable growth. The position directly leads the procurement team and provides guidance and strategic direction to operating-company purchasing personnel as applicable. It is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to operating companies, suppliers, or project sites. The work environment is professional and corporate, with hybrid or remote work options; the position is not safety-sensitive.
