The Director of Primary Care Faculty Practices provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for adult and pediatric primary care health services across the Colorado Front Range. This role is responsible for directing a team of clinical practice leads, fostering excellence in clinical care, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals and community needs. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, clinical service development, performance management, regulatory compliance, and cultivating a collaborative and inclusive clinical practice culture. The Director works in close partnership with the Office of Clinical and Community Affairs, contributing to programmatic and operational initiatives that advance clinical excellence and community engagement. This position reports to the Associate Dean for Clinical and Community Affairs and includes a balanced workload of 1.0 FTE, comprised of: 0.5 FTE dedicated to administrative leadership and oversight of the practice lead team 0.5 FTE allocated to clinical practice in adult primary care as an FNP at the Community Health Clinic at Anschutz Medical Campus
