About The Position
Elevate the premium experience to the next level! As Director of Premium, you will lead strategy, operations, and execution for all premium hospitality offerings, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in premium hospitality, food & beverage, or venue operations
- Experience managing large teams and high-end service environments
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and P&L oversight
- Knowledge of premium service standards, suite operations, and VIP guest experience
Responsibilities
- Lead all premium operations including suites, clubs, and VIP areas
- Develop and execute strategies to drive premium revenue and guest satisfaction
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance management of premium teams
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance for premium areas
- Collaborate with culinary, sales, and operations teams to enhance offerings
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
