About The Position
Drive excellence behind the scenes—this role will lead strategic sourcing, vendor partnerships, and inventory optimization to power world-class hospitality operations. The Director of Purchasing will oversee procurement processes, ensure cost efficiencies, and maintain quality standards while supporting operational success across the venue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Experience with inventory management systems and procurement software
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement operations and oversee purchasing strategies
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure optimal pricing and quality
- Manage inventory levels to align with operational demands
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain standards
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to forecast needs
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution processes
