About The Position

Drive excellence behind the scenes—this role will lead strategic sourcing, vendor partnerships, and inventory optimization to power world-class hospitality operations. The Director of Purchasing will oversee procurement processes, ensure cost efficiencies, and maintain quality standards while supporting operational success across the venue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Experience with inventory management systems and procurement software
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement operations and oversee purchasing strategies
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure optimal pricing and quality
  • Manage inventory levels to align with operational demands
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain standards
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to forecast needs
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution processes
