About The Position
Our Client is an industry-leading commercial Concrete Contractor specializing in delivering quality cast-in-place concrete work in the Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Datacenter, Retail, Manufacturing, Industrial, and Distribution markets. Based on current and projected growth in the Texas Region, they are seeking a Director of Preconstruction to lead the preconstruction team in identifying, qualifying, and securing targeted work out of their Austin, TX office. This is a great opportunity to be part of the growth of a strong industry leader.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience estimating concrete construction projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $30M with a focus on self-perform concrete work.
- Client driven and Detail oriented
- Reliable and Team Player
