About The Position

At Logan Services, we're more than an HVAC and plumbing company—we're a company built on people, culture, and excellence. As a family-owned business serving Ohio homeowners since 1969, we've earned recognition as a consecutive Best of Dayton winner, CBUS Top Pick, Best of Cincinnati winner, BBB Torch Award recipient, and home of the world's first Trane-accredited apprenticeship program. Everything we do is guided by our PARTE values: People First, Agile, Radical Ownership, Teamwork, Excellence. We don't just talk about culture, we protect it, invest in it, and hire people who strengthen it. Our Plumbing Division is entering an exciting phase of growth. Three years ago, we launched plumbing. Today, we have a strong foundation, growing market share, and a newly established Sewer & Drain Division. The infrastructure is in place. The culture is thriving.
