Director Of Platform Engineering & Operations
About The Position
The Director of Platform Engineering & Operations is responsible for The Company entire technology platform which provides SaaS—overseeing both customer-facing systems and internal infrastructure to ensure 24x7 availability, security, and scalability across Azure cloud and on-premise environments. This hands-on leadership role balances technical execution and strategic management, including building a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, implementing security controls, and supporting the company’s rapid growth. This position owns the technical execution of DevOps and cloud platform architecture, balancing leadership responsibilities with direct, individual‑contributor work. The ideal candidate has strong depth in hybrid cloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipeline design, and Kubernetes implementation, and can demonstrate recent, hands‑on experience building and operating these systems. Managing, owning, and building datacenters is also expected.
Requirements
- Strong depth in hybrid cloud architecture.

- Recent, hands‑on experience building and operating these systems.
- Experience across B2B SaaS, telematics, fleet management, IoT, and other real-time, data-intensive enterprise platforms, including support for GPS tracking, vehicle telematics, and IoT device management.
