About The Position
Baptist Health is looking for a Director of Planning to join our team in Louisville, KY! This role directs, leads, and facilitates planning processes for assigned business units. The Director is responsible for the promotion and production of strategic and business planning, including data analysis and market intelligence. This position also provides internal consulting on business and strategic planning to leadership and assures compliance with state regulatory requirements, including certificate of need and licensure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or health administration
- Five years of administrative experience in a hospital or medical group or closely related healthcare environment
- Significant technical experience in health planning.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience in dealing with committees, confidential information and representing a hospital or medical group to outside agencies is desired.
Responsibilities
