This role leads strategic revenue cycle operations by designing and implementing progressive policies to maximize financial health and streamline clinical billing workflows. The Director will drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and predictive forecasting, transforming complex metrics into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. This position provides strategic direction across the revenue cycle continuum, including patient registration, coding, billing, denials management, and collections, with accountability for medical group KPI performance such as net collection rate, days in A/R, and denial rates. The role also involves championing operational excellence by auditing current processes, identifying performance gaps, and building proactive remediation plans to harmonize workflows across the organization. Additionally, the Director will serve as a subject matter expert for all revenue cycle functions and provide ongoing support to medical group practices through training and process implementation.
