Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or other related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years healthcare financial experience.
• Excellent supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Masters in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Achieving financial performance targets
• Overseeing financial operations
• Ensuring accuracy in monthly financial reporting
• Day-to-day facilitation of financial matters
• Completion of month end close in an accurate and timely fashion
• Ensuring Physician Enterprise financial statements are presented completely and accurately
• Educate and guide decisions made by both operational and financial leadership, to ensure ongoing business and operational health at the Physician Enterprise level.
