Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient care standards

- Prior director, manager, or lead therapist experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct outpatient physical therapy services and clinical operations
- Conduct patient evaluations and establish treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy care for pain, injuries, post-surgical recovery, and mobility limitations
- Supervise therapists, assistants, and clinical support staff
- Review documentation, progress notes, and discharge plans
- Support compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements
- Assist with clinic organization, patient flow, and quality improvement efforts
