MSI United States, the organization’s US-based fundraising arm, has entered a remarkable period of philanthropic momentum and growth. In 2025 alone, the Global Philanthropy Team raised more than £135 million globally, including $38.7 million from US-based donors, while significantly expanding its donor pipeline and engagement efforts. Requirements
- Seasoned frontline fundraiser.
- Demonstrated success securing six- and seven-figure gifts.
- Experience building donor pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of approximately 120 high-net-worth donors and prospects.
- Design and execute sophisticated cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
- Grow a portfolio valued at more than $2 million.
- Strengthen MSI’s visibility and engagement among West Coast philanthropists and supporters.
