About The Position
The Director of Philanthropy Operations, Mosaic Life Care, provides strategic and operational leadership for all philanthropy internal functions, ensuring efficient, compliant and scalable support across all philanthropic programs, including the Mosaic Life Care Foundation. This role oversees development operations, data and analytics, gift processing, prospect research, donor services, planned giving, communications, annual giving and stewardship, enabling the organization to maximize fundraising effectiveness and impact. Mosaic Life Care is a health care system in northwest Missouri. Requirements
- Strategic and operational leadership experience in philanthropy.
- Experience in development operations, data and analytics, gift processing, prospect research, donor services, planned giving, communications, annual giving and stewardship.
