About The Position

Rumble is evolving beyond boutique fitness and is building a modern performance and wellness ecosystem that combines boxing, strength & conditioning, recovery, mobility, longevity, performance, and lifestyle. We are looking for a Director of Performance / Head of Performance to lead the next evolution of our coaching and training systems. This role is responsible for building and implementing a premium performance coaching culture across personal training, semi-private training, small group performance programming, coach development, performance content, and recovery integration. This is not a traditional "trainer" role, but a leadership role focused on coaching quality, systems, culture, performance methodology, client transformation, and a premium training experience. The right person will help position Rumble as a high-energy performance training brand with real coaching systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement structured PT and semi-private, small group coaching systems.
  • Create onboarding, assessment, tracking, and progression frameworks.
  • Standardize coaching methodology across locations.
  • Develop strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery programming systems.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-level coaches.
  • Elevate coaching quality and movement standards.
  • Build trainer education systems and coaching certifications internally.
  • Create a premium coaching culture and client experience.
  • Lead growth of personal training and semi-private training revenue.
  • Improve PT retention, conversion, and client journey.
  • Build scalable coaching models with strong member progression pathways.
  • Reduce discount dependency through stronger value positioning.
  • Help shape Rumble’s performance positioning and coaching philosophy.
  • Collaborate with marketing on educational and performance-driven content.
  • Position coaches as specialists and experts.
  • Support website language, content direction, and performance storytelling.
  • Integrate recovery, mobility, and longevity principles into training systems.
  • Collaborate with Primal and other wellness initiatives.
  • Develop sustainable performance frameworks for modern lifestyles.
