This position will be responsible for overseeing and assisting the General Manager in effectively managing and leading in the areas of recruitment & selection, performance management, succession planning, training, employee relations, employment retention, legislation, policies & procedures and health & safety. This role will also be responsible for leading and supporting Arlo Culture for all team members.
