About The Position

BluePearl is hiring a Director of People & Organization in Tampa, FL. This role serves as a strategic thought partner and business leader across the field, hospitals, and support center, shaping and delivering P&O strategy to drive measurable business results. The Director of People and Organization champions and leads P&O Effectiveness, driving continuous improvement in how P&O delivers value to the business through simplified processes, data-driven decision-making, and scalable solutions. Ensures the organization embraces equal opportunity and diversity and is responsive and agile in its change management. Translates business priorities into targeted people strategies, leveraging key P&O levers—talent, organization design, engagement, and culture—to improve performance, retention, and operational effectiveness. Designs P&O policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to all applicable employment laws, and communicates policies across the organization. Ensures adherence and appropriate follow up. Ensures associates have open channels of communication within leadership, concerns are being addressed, and the organization provides clarity and transparency. Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance. Communicates changes in the organization's P&O policies and procedures and ensures that proper communications protocols are followed. Directly supervises P&O Business Partners, providing training, coaching, mentoring, and regular communication to ensure a high-performance and engaged team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field required.
  • 7+ years’ relevant experience required.
