About The Position

A growing company is seeking a Director of People Experience to lead all HR and people operations across multiple divisions. This role will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, compliance, engagement, and retention while creating an outstanding employee experience for a workforce of 450+ employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR leadership or People Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR, labor laws, compliance, employee relations, and payroll practices.
• Experience managing recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build processes and lead teams independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR and People Operations for a multi-site workforce of 450+ employees.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and implement employee training, coaching, and leadership development programs.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and company culture initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and HR compliance.
• Partner with Accounting to oversee payroll accuracy, timekeeping, and labor budgets.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, workers' compensation, and HR policies.
• Build scalable HR systems, processes, and reporting to support company growth.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational strategy.
