About The Position
Central Florida Kidney Centers (CFKC) is a non-profit organization specializing in dialysis, with over 50 years and seven clinics in the Central Florida area. CFKC offers in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis services. We are committed to providing unrivaled dialysis care to improve the quality of life for those with End-Stage Renal Disease. We are seeking a dynamic Director of Patient Services to lead operations across multiple dialysis facilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role ensures compliance, delivers exceptional patient care, and drives operational efficiency and growth.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive growth
- MSN required
Nice To Haves
- DNP preferred
- Moderate travel (20-25%)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for multiple dialysis units
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care
- Mentor and manage Nurse Managers
- Develop and implement strategic plans and budgets
- Manage financial performance and cost containment
