About The Position
The Market Director of Patient Safety provides strategic leadership for patient safety, high reliability, event management, and harm reduction initiatives across multiple hospitals and ambulatory settings within a market or region. This role collaborates with executive leadership, medical staff, quality leaders, risk management, and clinical operations to foster a culture of safety, ensure regulatory compliance, reduce preventable harm, and drive continuous performance improvement.
