About The Position

As the Director of Partnerships, you will build, grow, and manage KTL's partner ecosystem across Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and Managed Services. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and activating partners, developing co-sell and go-to-market relationships, and driving new business generated from partner-sourced leads.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and activating new partners to build a productive, high-margin partner ecosystem.
  • Identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities that generate qualified leads and new business.
  • Collaborating with executive leadership and the sales team to convert partner-sourced leads into closed business.
  • Leading joint go-to-market and co-sell initiatives with Microsoft and other strategic partners.
  • Monitoring partner KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and partner health.
  • Maintaining accurate partner attribution in CRM and reporting on recurring and services revenue from partners.
