About The Position

Minty is seeking a Director of Partnerships to build, scale, and lead the strategic partnerships function — driving growth across digital advertising and performance agencies, referral partners, platforms, and technology integrations. This is a foundational leadership role responsible not only for managing and growing a high-performing team, but for defining what best-in-class partnerships looks like at Minty. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, product, revenue, and technical execution. You will own the vision for how Minty grows through partners — expanding the portfolio significantly, establishing a technical partnerships practice from the ground up, and ensuring Minty's partner ecosystem becomes a durable competitive advantage. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with broad organizational influence. The right candidate brings both strategic vision and operational discipline — someone who can lead through ambiguity, build for scale, and elevate the people around them. Who You Are You are a seasoned partnerships leader who has built and scaled partner organizations — not just worked within them. You know how to grow a team, develop talent, and put in place the systems and culture that make a partnership function perform at its best. You bring a strong commercial instinct, a technical fluency that earns the respect of engineering and product partners, and the executive presence to represent Minty at the highest levels of partner relationships. You are energized by the challenge of building something — expanding scope, growing headcount, and elevating a function that is still defining its ceiling. You thrive in fast-moving environments and are equally comfortable in a strategy session and a technical integration review.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, technical account management, or related roles — with a track record of building and scaling partner organizations, not just operating within them
  • Demonstrated experience hiring, developing, and leading partnerships teams
  • Experience building or leading a technical partnerships function, including integration management, API partnerships, or platform ecosystems
  • Deep familiarity with ecommerce, SaaS, advertising technology, affiliate marketing, retail media, or related industries
  • Strong commercial instincts — comfortable owning revenue targets and partner-influenced pipeline
  • Ability to operate fluently across both strategic and technical conversations
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to represent Minty at senior levels of partner organizations
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills — experience influencing without authority across Product, Sales, and Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Own the development, growth, and performance of the partnerships team. You will take the partnerships org from its current state to a mature, scalable function capable of supporting a significantly larger partner portfolio. You set the standard for how the team operates and model the behaviors you expect.
  • Own and significantly expand Minty's partnership portfolio across technology platforms, ecommerce ecosystems, performance and digital agencies, affiliate networks, and retail media partners. Identify high-value opportunities that open new revenue channels, extend Minty's distribution, and deepen integration into the broader commerce landscape. Set the long-term partnership strategy, including which categories to prioritize, which relationships to invest in, and how to structure deals that create durable mutual value. This is not a role focused on maintaining the status quo — you will be expected to materially expand the reach and revenue impact of the partnerships function.
  • As part of the broader responsibilities this role will help elevate Minty's technical partnerships function. This includes defining what a technical partnership looks like at Minty, building the infrastructure to support integrations and co-development, and working hand-in-hand with product and engineering to turn partner opportunities into shipped solutions.
  • Serve as the partnership's voice in cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Client Success, and Marketing. Influence roadmap prioritization, go-to-market strategy, and revenue planning based on partnership pipeline, partner feedback, and ecosystem intelligence.
  • Own partnerships-influenced revenue targets and the metrics that drive them. Define and track partner health KPIs, establish QBR processes that create accountability, and build the reporting infrastructure that gives leadership visibility into partnership performance. Ensure that partner investments translate into measurable outcomes.
  • Build the systems, documentation, workflows, and processes that allow the partnerships team to operate efficiently at scale. This includes partner onboarding frameworks, communication standards, contract and deal management processes, and tools that reduce friction and increase partner success.
