About The Position

Quandri is seeking a Director of Partnerships to build and lead the company's partnerships function from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in developing new distribution engines for Quandri through strategic partnerships. The Director will report directly to the CEO and have a significant impact on the company's strategy. Quandri is an AI company focused on transforming the insurance industry, making it more trusted and delightful. They are building the AI operating system for North American insurance agencies and brokerages, aiming to protect families, enable businesses, and build resilient communities. The company is recognized for its innovation, including being named to LinkedIn's Top Canadian Startups and Deloitte's Fast 50.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience building channel partnerships that drove significant revenue.
  • Experience structuring partner programs, enabling partner sales teams, and building one-to-many sales models from 0-to-1 or early-stage scaling.
  • Understanding of partner economics, sales metrics, and quota attainment.
  • Proven ability to be measured on outcomes and consistently deliver results.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to navigate complex dynamics and find solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build the partnerships function and strategy, creating a multi-year plan with clear milestones and establishing scalable processes and playbooks.
  • Drive channel partnerships and revenue by building and scaling relationships with agency networks, clusters, and aggregators, owning the full deal cycle, and designing scalable distribution models and enablement programs.
  • Expand the ecosystem by building strategic relationships with technology vendors, private equity groups, industry associations, MGAs, carriers, and other key insurance stakeholders, and tracking partnership performance.
  • Inform company strategy by bringing external market intelligence and partner insights back to shape company strategy and product decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to ensure partnerships deliver value across the organization.
