This role involves building a cross-geography account management function from scratch, establishing playbooks, automation, and documentation. Responsibilities include conducting quarterly business reviews, negotiating renewals, introducing new services, and using data-driven insights to expand partnerships. The Director will collaborate with data, finance, customer support, and product teams to ensure the partner perspective influences the product roadmap and to oversee daily operations. A Partnerships Success Manager and a Senior Manager of Community will report to this role. This Director-level position offers significant organizational influence and strategic decision-making power.
