About The Position

The Director of Partner Services position is available at Unity School of Christianity in Unity Village, Missouri. This role serves as the strategic guide for Partner Services across the Unity Movement. The Director will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, and prepare operations manuals to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include gathering and organizing information, conferring with personnel to ensure successful implementation of new systems, analyzing data to develop solutions, and documenting findings for organizational changes. The Director will also plan studies of work problems, interview personnel, conduct on-site observations, prepare manuals, train workers, and lead the Partner Services team. Additionally, the role involves representing Partner Services internally and externally, reviewing forms and reports, co-leading strategic planning sessions, and developing a records management program.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in organizational leadership.
  • Ordained Unity Minister Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the strategic guide for Partner Services across the Unity Movement by conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, conducting work simplification and measurement studies, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Gather and organize information on problems or procedures within both arms of Partner Services – Ministries & Ministers and Regions.
  • Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures within Partner Services; ensures that ministries, ministers, credentialed leaders, LUTs, pods, chapters, and regions experience relational care, governance clarity, and alignment with the evolving identity of the global Unity Movement.
  • Analyze data gathered on Partner Services insights to ensure meaningful contributions and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding related to ministry vitality, regional engagement, pod/chapter activation, consciousness indicators, and global participation trends.
  • Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
  • Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods.
  • Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
  • Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy; lead, coach, and support the Partner Services team (both Success Coordinators and the Administrator & Events Liaison), ensuring aligned priorities and coherent execution.
  • Represents Partner Services publicly and internally—speaking at events, gatherings, trainings, and movement-wide activations as needed.
  • Review forms and reports; confers with management about format, distribution, and purpose, identifying problems and improvements; co-leads strategic planning sessions with UC&L Executive Director to shape long-range direction, priorities, and integrated movement pathways.
  • Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program.
  • Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.
