This role oversees the operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will have energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence to inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations. This position requires a strategic mindset and business acumen to drive revenue growth, implement innovative concepts, and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
- Ability to lead and direct a team
- Time management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
