About The Position

This is a dynamic hospitality leadership role focused on creating exceptional guest experiences across multiple dining venues. The Director of Outlets will oversee all front-of-house operations for the hotel's food & beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and pool or in-room dining service. The role involves leading day-to-day operations, inspiring teams, and ensuring each outlet delivers outstanding service, strong financial performance, and a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in hotel or resort outlet operations
Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor and costs
Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of all outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and service excellence
Lead and support outlet managers and front-of-house teams to achieve operational goals
Drive revenue through service enhancements, promotions, and guest engagement strategies
Monitor and manage labor, scheduling, and cost control to meet financial targets
Partner with Culinary and F&B leadership to align service and menu execution
Review guest feedback and implement strategies to elevate satisfaction and loyalty
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and brand consistency across outlets
Support VIP guest experiences and service recovery when needed
Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Operations teams to support group and outlet business
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to enhance operations
