Position Overview The Director of Plant Operations is a senior manufacturing leader accountable for end‑to‑end performance of a fabrication plant within a matrixed operating model . This role has full responsibility for delivering sustainable results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People Engagement (SQDCIP) while collaborating and influencing leaders outside of direct reporting lines to execute enterprise priorities and stretch improvement targets. The successful candidate combines strong operational leadership, manufacturing excellence, and change management capability with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment—driving results through influence, standardization, and cross‑functional alignment rather than authority alone.
