About The Position

A fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in over-the-counter pharmaceutical products is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize cross-functional operations. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who understands how all aspects of an e-commerce business work together and can improve efficiency, accountability, and execution across departments.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in an e-commerce business is required.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and how it integrates with e-commerce operations.
• Experience working with Amazon Marketplace/Amazon Seller Central.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment.
• Proven ability to build processes, improve efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
• Coordinate communication and execution between Advertising, Amazon Marketplace, E-Commerce, Accounting, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure all departments are aligned and operating efficiently toward company goals.
• Develop operational processes and organizational structure that support long-term growth.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to department managers and team leaders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend the best course of action.
• Improve workflows, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work closely with the Amazon team to optimize operational execution.
