About The Position
Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is seeking a Director of Specialty Operations for TMH Physician Partners. This leadership role is responsible for fulfilling the strategic plan of the practices, ensuring operational and financial performance, and driving growth. The Director will oversee Practice Managers and collaborate with providers and across the TMH Healthcare system to maintain the highest standard of care. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and the ability to influence and advance the network's growth, with a critical understanding of how primary and specialty care integrate within a complex health system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Eight (8) years of medical office operations experience

Responsibilities
- Accountable for the operational performance and achievement of goals for operations, finance, quality, patient satisfaction and employee engagement of the assigned Specialty Care practices.
- Provides leadership by partnering with other Leaders in various departments including Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Revenue Cycle to optimize opportunities for success.
- Provides leadership with Primary Care and Urgent Care partners to ensure appropriate collaboration.
- Identify root causes of operation deficiencies and assist with the development of the best solution.
