Director of Operations
About The Position
A growing ABA company is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee day to day operations across the organization. This is a senior leadership position for someone with strong ABA industry knowledge who can manage multiple departments, strengthen processes, and keep teams working efficiently. Working directly with the CEO and CFO, the Director of Operations will oversee HR, bookkeeping and billing, therapist support, administration, and general operations. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader and communicator who takes ownership, solves problems, and can keep multiple departments organized and accountable. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ABA operations professional to take on a high level leadership role and grow with the organization.
Requirements
- Strong experience within ABA or Early Intervention required
- ABA billing and administration experience required
- Proven experience managing teams and day to day operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to oversee multiple departments and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to take ownership of issues
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
- Ability to build structure, improve processes, and maintain accountability
Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations across the organization
- Lead and support HR, bookkeeping and billing, therapist support, and administrative teams
- Work directly with the CEO and CFO on operational priorities and company initiatives
- Serve as the go to leader for teams and operational issues
- Oversee ABA billing and administrative processes
- Ensure departments are communicating and working together effectively
- Develop and improve systems, processes, and workflows
- Monitor team performance and maintain accountability across departments
- Identify operational issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently
- Support leadership with planning, growth, and organizational improvements
- Maintain strong standards for communication, organization, and follow through
