About The Position

The Director of Operations is responsible for leading Anisa International’s order management, planning, logistics, and operational systems to ensure efficient and reliable execution from customer purchase order through final delivery. This role will serve as the operational link across Sales, Project Management, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, ensuring customer demand is translated into executable plans, orders move accurately and on time, and teams have clear visibility to priorities, risks, and delivery commitments. A critical mandate of this position is to strengthen and optimize the systems, processes, and workflows that support Anisa International’s operations. The Director will identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data integrity, increase automation, establish meaningful KPIs, and maximize the use of NetSuite and other operational platforms. Accountabilities are divided into two areas. The Director directly owns operational planning, systems and process optimization, performance and analytics, and cross-functional leadership. The Director provides oversight of order management, logistics, and master data, which are executed day to day by the Operations Manager, a direct report to this role. In those areas, the Director sets standards, priorities, controls, and escalation paths and provides high-level input as needed. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with a hands-on understanding of order management, planning, logistics, ERP systems, and continuous improvement.
