About The Position

Oversees the operations of the Hotel, including Front Desk, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Owner Relations; Property Management for both Residential HOA and Master Association, including Commercial Tenants Relations, Events, Grounds Crew, Marketing and Advertising. Assumes duties of the General Manager in the GM’s absence. Responsible for financial, employee, and guests service goals for the hotel and both Boards.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Hospitality or Resort Management preferred
  • Proven track record in the hospitality industry and direct guest service organizations
  • Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visual One
  • Professional demeanor, attitude and appearance
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees, and management
  • Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills
  • HOA Knowledge / CACM
