As our Director of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. This role provides strategic leadership to key operating departments, with a particular emphasis on Rooms Operations, including Front Office and Housekeeping, while partnering closely with Food & Beverage and Engineering to deliver an exceptional overall guest experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and thrives in a fast-paced, lifestyle hotel environment. You will shape the culture, performance, and operational excellence of the hotel.
