About The Position

Oversees directly through direct reports, all Region activities including but not limited to, operations, strategic planning, financials, sales, safety, equipment, and personnel. Advises and coordinates operations and administrative managers to facilitate problem resolution. Plans fixed asset requirements, creates the capital budget, and initiates and approves AFESs. Reviews and approves various transactions in accordance with approval authority tables and other company policies and procedures. Reviews financial reports to develop strategies for managing financial performance of the region. Leads the region's efforts at managing safety and environmental exposure. Advises Field Operators, Shift Supervisors and Operations Managers overseeing operations. Assures effective implementation of Basics to Success and oversees audits of effectiveness. Communicates with various corporate departments on issues of concern for the region. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to travel monthly 50 - 60%.

Requirements

  • Bacherlor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in a manager/supervisor position
  • Knowledge of oilfield/field operations and equipment
  • Intermediate to strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with inside and outside contacts
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high stress environment
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Skype)
  • Comfortable with computer applications in general
  • Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of and experience in the well servicing or related oil and gas environment
  • Knowledge and experience in DOT regulations
  • Ability to analyze and assess financial reports
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
