About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking a qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Director of Operations to support teams caring for patients in the community. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly. The company focuses on coordinating care to keep clients healthy and safe at home, utilizing excellent caregivers and innovative technology to support vulnerable individuals in living full lives within their communities. The Director of Operations will play a key role in supporting these efforts.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience managing multi-site teams within the healthcare space preferred
- Strong understanding of home care operations and Medicaid regulations preferred

- Bachelors degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead all operations within a designated market to meet operational and financial goals
- Provide the highest level of support for our teams caring for our patients in the community
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to engage and lead a team effectively
