Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!Job SummaryReporting to the RVP, the Director of Operations leads a multi-unit portfolio including cafés, micro markets, commissary programs, espresso bars, catering services, and special project initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, and effective client partnership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Five to ten years of progressive multi-unit operations leadership in a large, complex environment.
Strong strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
Ability to lead through change, manage competing priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated initiative, accountability, flexibility, and team-building capability.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Experience in a college, university, or corporate campus setting.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for all operational functions, ensuring consistent service, efficiency, and compliance.
Oversee and develop the management team across all service lines and locations.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost-control strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Partner with the RVP on strategic planning, business development, and long-term operational goals.
Serve as primary liaison to the client, ensuring strong communication and alignment with objectives.
Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to ensure cohesive processes and execution.
Monitor operational performance, internal controls, and compliance, recommending improvements as needed.
Support development and implementation of new policies, programs, and operational procedures.
Stay current on industry trends and participate in ongoing professional development.
Represent the department on committees, task forces, and project groups as required.
