The Director of Amazon will serve as the strategic owner of amika’s Amazon channel, with a core focus on brand storytelling, customer experience, and integrated growth. This role is primarily strategic and cross-functional in nature; day-to-day execution, reporting, and operational management are led by the Amazon Account Manager and agency partners. This leader will develop a long-term vision for Amazon and define how amika shows up on Amazon, ensuring the channel delivers a premium, immersive, and cohesive experience comparable to leading beauty retailers. This leader will work deeply cross-functionally with Creative, Brand Marketing, Influencer, Affiliate, and Digital Marketing teams to design Amazon-specific strategies across content, creators, and media. They will translate amika’s brand equity into Amazon-native execution while partnering with internal teams, agencies, and the Amazon Account Manager to bring the strategy to life.
