About The Position
DSA Doors is a rapidly expanding independent distributor and manufacturer of premium wood door systems in the eastern United States, serving over 1,000 dealers and growing its manufacturing capabilities. This role is for an exceptional operations leader who aims to build a company rather than just manage an operation, offering a path to become one of DSA's future executive leaders. The Director of Operations will oversee all operational functions, including Manufacturing, Production Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Safety, with the objective of building a high-performing operations organization to support the company's growth.
