About The Position

DSA Doors is a rapidly expanding independent distributor and manufacturer of premium wood door systems in the eastern United States, serving over 1,000 dealers and growing its manufacturing capacity and operational efficiency. This role is for an exceptional operations leader who aims to build a significant company rather than just manage an existing operation. It presents an opportunity to become a future executive leader at DSA, with a mission to lead all operational functions including Manufacturing, Production Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Safety. The objective is to cultivate a high-performing operations organization to support DSA's future growth.
