About The Position

A growing ABA organization operating across multiple states is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations, strengthen internal accountability, and help drive the company's next phase of growth. The organization has reached a point where ownership can no longer manage both the clinical and business sides of the company. The right candidate will step in as a true operational leader, taking ownership of execution, team management, budgeting, and organizational growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can solve problems, hold people accountable, and keep the organization moving forward while helping build a scalable operation.

Requirements

  • Strong operations leadership experience
  • Experience managing growing, multi-department service organizations
  • Strong budgeting and P&L exposure
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable making decisions and holding people accountable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment without getting distracted by daily operational challenges

  • ABA experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across the organization
  • Lead administrative, intake, recruiting, staffing, billing, and support functions
  • Create accountability and performance standards across teams
  • Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives
  • Build and manage budgets and operational plans
  • Monitor performance metrics and operational outcomes
  • Improve workflows, communication, and organizational efficiency
  • Partner closely with ownership on strategic planning and company growth
  • Ensure departments remain aligned and focused on organizational priorities
