About The Position

Reclaim Hyperbarics & Wellness is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead people, strengthen operations, and guide the growth of their two-location wellness practice. This role is ideal for an experienced Operations Manager, General Manager, Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, or multi-site leader who excels at developing people and bringing structure to a growing, entrepreneurial organization. Reclaim offers advanced, science-supported therapies combined with holistic wellness services in a restorative, high-touch environment, aiming to provide exceptional care and make clients feel welcomed, understood, and supported. The Director of Operations will collaborate with the Owner to translate business goals into actionable plans, establishing clarity, ownership, and accountability. A key aspect of the role is people leadership and coaching a multidisciplinary team, including customer service staff, nurses, clinical personnel, and holistic wellness providers. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coaching performance, providing feedback, strengthening communication, and fostering a valued employee environment. The role involves overseeing operations across both locations, building and improving processes, SOPs, training, scheduling, communication, and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will enjoy building and improving systems rather than just maintaining them. Additionally, the Director of Operations will shape the client experience, modeling excellent customer service and coaching the team to connect clients with beneficial services through education and genuine service, not pressure. This includes partnering with the marketing team on promotions, events, sales initiatives, and client growth, as well as improving memberships, retention, referrals, rebooking, and service utilization. Operational coordination with the Medical Director, nursing team, wellness providers, contractors, event facilitators, and outside vendors is also required.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive operations or management experience.
3+ years of people leadership experience.
Comfortable with technology and data.
Ability to manage both up and down.
Ability to coach people with empathy and accountability.
Ability to prioritize competing needs.
Ability to create structure without becoming rigid.

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare operations, wellness, medical practices, hospitality, multi-site management, or another high-touch service business.

Responsibilities

Turn business goals and ideas into organized, achievable plans.
Identify what matters most, determine who should be involved, establish clear ownership and expectations, and create structure and accountability.
Lead a multidisciplinary team including customer service staff, nurses, clinical personnel, and holistic wellness providers.
Recruit and onboard great people, coach performance, provide meaningful feedback, and strengthen communication.
Create an environment where employees feel valued while understanding expectations.
Oversee operations across both locations.
Build and improve processes, SOPs, training, scheduling, communication, reporting, and other systems that support a growing business.
Shape how clients experience Reclaim.
Model excellent customer service and coach the team to listen to clients, understand their goals, and confidently connect them with services.
Partner with the marketing team on promotions, events, sales initiatives, and client growth.
Improve memberships, retention, referrals, rebooking, and overall service utilization.
Coordinate operationally with the Medical Director, nursing team, wellness providers, contractors, event facilitators, and outside vendors.
Optimize CRM/POS, reporting, workflows, and vendor support for better leadership decision-making.
