The aim of the role of Director of Operations is to assist the Chief Operating Officer in delivery of all operational projects, driving operational efficiency of our clinical services, with a focus on customer service and consistent application of best practices throughout the patient experience. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations, best practices in clinical settings, and the ability to drive performance improvement initiatives. A strong emphasis will be placed on people development, performance management and utilization of technology to support deliverable.
