The agricultural stewardship association is hiring a full-time director of operations to fill a key role in the organization and join our dedicated team. This is a leadership position that will provide the necessary internal support for staff. The primary responsibilities include managing the financial resources of the organization using generally accepted accounting principles and ASA's system of internal controls; serving as the human resources manager; overseeing the daily operations of the office; and providing strategic financial and organizational support to the executive director. The director of operations will focus on strengthening internal systems to optimize productivity and minimize organizational risk. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with financial management oversight, be highly proficient with QuickBooks, and have a strong commitment to conserving local farms and forests.
