About The Position

We’re seeking a Director of Operations to lead a growing, service-focused marketing agency that partners with B2C clients in healthcare, therapy, eCommerce, and other consumer-centric industries . Requirements

• Operations or team leadership experience in a marketing agency or fast-paced client service business
• eCommerce exposure or direct experience working with brands, platforms, or clients in digital retail
• A background in building systems, implementing ideas , and driving efficiency
• Strong people management skills, including hiring, firing, and performance feedback
• A track record of client satisfaction and owning deliverables end-to-end
• A proactive mindset — always looking to improve, solve, and support
• High professional standards, strong follow-through, and great energy

Responsibilities

• Own and streamline operations across departments (creative, digital, project management)
• Oversee hiring and performance: Interview, hire, onboard, manage — and make the hard decisions when needed
• Build systems and SOPs that create clarity, reduce friction, and keep projects on track
• Drive client satisfaction by ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations
• Translate founder vision into action: Execute strategy, manage priorities, and report on outcomes
• Implement smart tech and AI tools to optimize workflows, improve delivery, and reduce manual burden
• Lead with good vibes: Maintain a calm, positive, professional tone across teams and clients
