About The Position

The Director of Operations manages a team of District Managers and reports to the Vice President of Operations. The Director of Operations is responsible for the performance and achievement of all objectives for the district while adhering to corporate policies/procedures and industry regulations. Through effective leadership and participation, the Director of Operations will enhance branch profitability, growth, and control.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the consumer lending or banking industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%

Nice To Haves

  • Five successful years in multi-unit management preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management/Administration, or related subject preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manages a team of District Managers, including hiring, performance management and recognition.
  • Optimizes team talents by providing leadership and coaching to direct/indirect reports.
  • Provides leadership and training for District Managers.
  • Achieves profitability goals established by VPO.
  • Uses data to identify, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepares districts for new initiatives. Ensures programs are implemented and executed consistently.
  • Ensures that operations within the assigned districts meet compliance and regulatory expectations
