About The Position

The Director of Operations will serve as a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing systems and processes, and ensuring the business runs efficiently and even more profitably. You’ll work closely with ownership and department leaders to align the team with the company’s vision and strategic goals.We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can inspire and lead others with confidence and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in residential property management operations (Arizona experience preferred).
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a service-driven environment.
  • A strong understanding of the LTR lifecycle, from leasing to property turns.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while aligning with the company’s mission and strategic goals.
  • Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, or similar).
  • Arizona Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day property management operations, ensuring high-quality service to owners and residents.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals across leasing, maintenance, accounting, and client relations.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor KPIs and financial performance, ensuring the company meets revenue and service goals.
  • Collaborate with ownership to execute strategic initiatives that support long-term growth and alignment with company vision.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Arizona property management laws and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate opportunities for cost savings and improved service delivery.
