Requirements

• 5+ years operational leadership experience (multi-site preferred)
• Strong P&L, financial management and business strategy expertise
• Experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results and manage performance
• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership ability
• Ability to travel and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-community operations, ensuring quality care, service and compliance
• Recruit, develop and manage Executive Directors and leadership teams
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning
• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, labor and financial outcomes
• Use data, reporting and KPIs to improve operational performance
• Partner with Sales, Care, HR and Finance to execute strategic initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance and risk management
• Drive customer experience, engagement and service excellence
• Lead change initiatives, succession planning and leadership development
