About The Position
This popular, Charlotte Staple, full service Bar-Grill, and Asian Fusion concept is growing and seeking a Director of Operations for their Charlotte and Huntersville Locations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Salaried Restaurant Kitchen Manager experience in a regional or national Full Service concept
- Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
- Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
Responsibilities
- Managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success.
- Identifying opportunity areas and creating plans for action.
