1st Choice Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Director of Operations & Safety to lead and strengthen our organization's safety, emergency preparedness, and operational excellence efforts. This key leadership role serves as the organization's Safety Officer and is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA, HRSA, and The Joint Commission standards while developing and overseeing comprehensive emergency management programs. In addition, this role leads critical access functions-including call center, front office, and mobile health -to improve patient access and system efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who is passionate about creating a safe, prepared, and high-performing healthcare environment while driving meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
